Everything you need to know
Detailed guidance on our services, quotes, project delivery, AI requirements, payments, and support. Each project receives its own written scope; these answers explain the general process.
What services do you offer?+
Zodiac Technologies plans and builds applied AI models, machine-learning workflows, agentic AI systems, robotics software, and cloud solutions on AWS and Microsoft Azure. Our broader digital work includes websites, mobile apps, custom software, dashboards, APIs, business automation, integrations, UI/UX design, and WordPress development and maintenance. The services page explains each area in more detail.
We do not assume that every project needs AI or a large custom build. We begin with the problem you want to solve, the people who will use the result, and any existing systems. From there we recommend a practical scope, identify the dependencies, and prepare a written quote. The final deliverables and support arrangements are agreed for each project rather than implied by a general service label.
How much does a project cost?+
Services start at USD $25. There is no single price for every website, application, model, or integration because the work varies in complexity. Factors that affect the quote include the number of features, design depth, data preparation, model training, third-party integrations, testing, deployment, and the level of ongoing support. Cloud usage, paid APIs, licences, and other third-party charges may be separate from development fees.
After discussing your requirements, we provide a written USD quotation. It states what will be delivered, the proposed timeline, the total or agreed payment stages, and any costs you would pay directly to another provider. You can review and ask questions before agreeing to proceed. An indicative starting price is never a promise that a larger project can be completed for $25.
How do I start a project?+
Use the contact page to tell us what you want to achieve. A useful first message includes your business goal, the intended users, essential features, any current website or software, available content or data, and a target date if one matters. You can also mention a budget or share a brief, but you do not need a finished technical specification before contacting us.
We review the request and ask follow-up questions where the scope is unclear. For suitable projects, the next step is a proposal that describes deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, timeline, and price. We begin the agreed work after the scope and payment arrangement are accepted. If your request would benefit from a smaller discovery phase first, we explain that option before development begins.
How and when will I receive the work?+
The delivery method and schedule depend on the project and are recorded in the written proposal. A website may be deployed to an agreed hosting account; a software project may include source files, access details, configuration notes, and documentation. AI work may also include model artefacts, evaluation notes, integration instructions, or a deployed workflow when those are part of the agreed scope. We identify any customer-owned accounts or subscriptions needed for handover.
During development, we use the review points set out in the plan so you can see progress and give feedback. After final review and applicable payment milestones, we provide the agreed digital deliverables through the stated handover method. Physical shipping is not part of a standard digital service. Our digital delivery policy explains the general terms; the project proposal provides the specific dates and items.
Can I choose the amount I pay in the Zodiac Service shop?+
The Zodiac Service product accepts a customer-entered amount in USD, starting at $25. Use the amount stated in your written quote or payment-stage request. The shop is a flexible payment route; entering an amount by itself does not create a new project scope or change what we have agreed to deliver. If you have not received a quote, contact us first so we can define the work and confirm the correct price.
Review the amount in the cart and at checkout before placing an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout when a gateway has been configured. If no payment method appears, do not treat the order as paid; email us for the next step. Keep your project or quote reference with your order so we can match the payment to the right engagement.
Can I cancel or request a refund?+
Contact us promptly at hello@zodiactech.net if you want to stop a project or question a payment. Include your order or invoice reference, the project name, and a brief explanation. We review the agreed scope and the work completed at the time of the request. Amounts already spent on approved third-party services may be treated differently from work that has not started.
Eligibility and the amount of any refund depend on the project stage and the terms you accepted. We explain the calculation and, where a refund is approved, use the original payment channel when technically available. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and bank. Read the refund and cancellation policy for the general rules; your written agreement may set out project-specific milestones.
What do you need for an AI or machine-learning project?+
We need a clear intended use, the decisions or tasks the system should support, the expected outputs, and examples of acceptable and unacceptable results. If the work relies on your data, we discuss what is available, its quality, your permission to use it, and any privacy restrictions. Training or evaluation may require labelled examples, a representative test set, suitable infrastructure, and time for review by people who understand the business process.
We also discuss model limitations, operating costs, monitoring, and where human approval should remain in the workflow. The first phase may be a feasibility study or prototype if the data or outcome is uncertain. We do not promise a particular accuracy or business result before a model has been evaluated against agreed criteria. The proposal states which model work, integrations, and handover items are included.
Can you build agentic AI and robotics solutions?+
We can scope software for task-oriented AI agents, tool use, workflow automation, and robotics-related perception, decision support, or integrations. An agentic system needs clearly defined tasks, allowed actions, limits, failure handling, and human review points. Robotics work also depends on the hardware, environment, interfaces, and testing conditions available for the project.
We begin by assessing the use case and the systems the solution would need to connect to. The proposal distinguishes software development from physical equipment, installation, and on-site testing. Hardware procurement or deployment is included only when expressly agreed. We describe the assumptions and acceptance criteria before implementation so the result can be evaluated against a realistic scope.
Do you work with AWS and Microsoft Azure?+
Yes. Cloud work may include architecture planning, application deployment, serverless functions, storage, monitoring, and integrations on AWS or Microsoft Azure. We choose services according to the workload, expected usage, security needs, budget, and ownership requirements. We can also review an existing environment and recommend changes to a particular application or workflow.
Cloud platform charges are separate from Zodiac development fees unless a proposal states otherwise. We discuss the account owner, access requirements, recurring costs, and handover responsibilities before deployment. Any migration or production change is planned around the systems involved, including backups, testing, and a review of potential downtime where applicable.
Do you ship physical products?+
Our standard offerings are digital and project-based services, so they do not require physical shipping. Deliverables are supplied electronically through the method agreed in the project proposal. Depending on the work, that may mean a deployed website or application, a source-code handover, digital design files, documentation, or access to a configured system.
Robotics-related requests are often for AI or software components rather than equipment. If a project calls for physical hardware, procurement, shipping, installation, or on-site work, those items must be expressly described and priced in a separate written scope. The delivery policy covers our normal digital handover process.
What happens if requirements change during development?+
New ideas and discoveries are common during technology projects. We compare a requested change with the agreed scope and explain its effect on deliverables, timeline, testing, and price. Small clarifications may be handled within an existing review point when they do not materially change the work. Larger additions need a revised estimate or a separate phase.
We ask you to approve a material change before it becomes part of the project. This keeps the original commitments clear and helps both sides avoid surprises at handover. The review and approval process for your engagement is described in the written proposal or agreement.
How can I reach customer support?+
Email hello@zodiactech.net or call +923317974746 with your project name, order or invoice reference if you have one, and a clear description of the question or problem. Screenshots, error messages, and the steps that led to an issue can help us understand a technical request. Please avoid sending passwords or private credentials in an ordinary email; we can agree on a suitable way to share access when it is needed.
Our stated support hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PKT. Requests sent outside those hours can still be emailed and will be reviewed during the next support period. Our permanent business address is 12-C RR Defence Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan 54600. Project-specific support coverage, if included, is described in the written agreement.
