What happens behind each step
Discovery and scope
We discuss the users, current systems, desired outcome, available content or data, and constraints. For AI work we also review evaluation needs and human oversight. The written proposal identifies deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and the USD price.
Development and review
We build against the agreed scope and share progress at the planned review points. Feedback is collected in a way that makes decisions and requested changes clear. New requirements can be estimated separately before they are added.
Delivery and support
We deliver the agreed digital files, access, deployment, or documentation after final review and applicable payment milestones. Any maintenance or support period is described in the written agreement, including the contact method and coverage.
